We were a large party of 9, and still had EXCELLENT service. The waitress kept our drinks filled, and the food came out at the same time and 100% correct. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place? Every time I eat food from this place it's awesome! Both restaurants in the area are great! The hostess are great also! Looking for authentic in Valdosta, El Toreo will satisfy that craving without any problems! The lunch menu is great and easy on the wallet. The prices overall are fair considering the amount of food you get. Seems expensive until you get your plate! Definitely a visit on many occasions!

Went there to get chips, salsa, cheese dip and guacamole for a party. Bill was over 200.00 but I was expecting that. Got the order pickup up for party next day. Open refrigerator next day to warm up the cheese dip only to find no cheese dip in the entire order. Ordered and paid for cheese dip for 50 people. Went up there couple of days after party to discuss issue and was basically called a liar. Said they personally put it in there and there was no way we didn’t receive it. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t lie about not having the cheese dip if it was actually there. Didn’t want a refund and simply ask for a credit because we eat there at least once a week. Was told no it was our problem not theirs. Buyer beware...check your complete order before you leave cause once it’s out the door and they have been paid they don’t care!!

I always enjoy my experience at El Toreo! This casual restaurant/bar is has a clean, bright and authentic vibe and large dining area to accommodate intimate settings or group events. The staff is friendly and easy to converse with and the interior is clean. The menu has a large selection that includes a minimal amount of meatless dishes and the servers have always been happy to take care of off menu/special requests. I've always enjoyed my visits at El Toreo. 👍

Everything is always great here except wait time. The wait is extremely long and they are very prone to messing up the order. Great service and food though! Not really worth that wait time.
